To ensure the health of all pets staying with us, please make sure your pet is up to date on both internal and external parasite prevention and provide recent vaccination records, including rabies and core vaccines.

A 4-hour daycare session is required before boarding to help your pet adjust to the environment and allow us to understand their personality and needs for better care.

If your pup hasn’t stayed or attended daycare with us for over six months, we require a 4-hour daycare assessment prior to boarding to help them readjust to the environment.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, we cannot accommodate pets that show aggressive behavior or are in heat. This helps us maintain a harmonious and secure stay for every pet.

To keep our shared spaces clean and hygienic, pups who tend to mark will be fitted with belly bands upon arrival. This also helps prevent mounting behavior, ensuring all pets can play and relax comfortably.

We regularly check and change belly bands to keep your pup dry and comfortable. If your dog has sensitive skin, you’re welcome to bring your own preferred belly bands.

We provide bedding and all boarding essentials. For pets who are easily stressed, we recommend bringing familiar items from home for their first stay to create a comforting and familiar environment.

To avoid digestive issues, please bring your pet’s regular food. If not, we offer premium kibble and wet food for purchase.
